Can I cancel or edit my order?
Cancellation or item change is accepted within 24 hours after we receive the order.
We can make address changes if the package has't been sent out. If you made a mistake with your shipping details, email us at service@lycheepuzzles.com with your order number and new shipping address.
If your order has already shipped we'd recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier to have your package intercepted and redirected to the correct address.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
We try as hard as possible to ensure you won't receive a defective item, however very occasionally this may happen. Please contact our Customer Service team with images of the d efective item, where a member of our customer service team will help you further.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Currently, orders can take 2-5 business days to process before shipping. From there, shipping times are dependent upon location. Check out our shipping page for more information on when to expect your package.
